it's a 6m x 2m german tarp and I had to use 4l of fabsil to waterproof it but the seller only seems to have 3m x 6m at the moment here


I made an enquiry about a 6m x 2m last August and they replied that they can supply one for £55 including postage. Just contact the seller if you want a size they don't show.

(I already have a 2m x 3m from them but haven't had to waterproof it.)

I went through the bell tent versus pyramid debate when I was yearning to get back to having cotton canvas for camping. In the end, the lack of porch area swung me towards a pyramid. And we were lucky enough to get a Cabanon Guadeloupe second hand on EBay for £280. The full height doors, the bedroom divider and porch features make it perfect. I can put it up solo ( my husband is disabled) and the space is perfect for the two of us.

Well, I haven't actually got round to ordering one yet Geoff, but I was impressed with your set up and thought I might try the same. I haven't used the 5m bell tent in a while as I seem to be solo camping mostly. However, windows in the doors and a 6m x 2m tarp are definitely sitting on the back burner for a future date! :D
