Hi, Belper Bloke here, just got back from a trip in my BerghauseAir 4, five nights, with day time temperature well into 30 degrees no problem with air beams, best tent I have ever had.
Just don't over inflate check with the gauges and all will be fine.
Go for it there very good.

Got a 2016 Vango Ravello 500. Absolutely chuffed with it. Took it for a fortnight in France last year, visiting 4 different sites. Very easy to put up although putting it down was slightly harder. You have to squeeze the air out from the opposite side to the inflation point. We did this by rolling and folding and got the technique from a YouTube clip. We bought a pair of king poles to give us an extra front canopy like the solaris but still allowing us a porch to the side.

We love our vango airbeam. Ok it doesn't save a massive amount of pitching time but we've always found threading the poles through their sleeves the most arduous bit of getting the tent up. Over this past weekend we've experienced a fair bit of windy weather and the beams just flex with it. We also realised on our last morning that one beam had lost a fair amount of pressure (always good to check the valves if your kids are helping to pitch!) and we hadn't noticed because it was still standing and holding its shape. I wouldn't go back to a pole tent now.

I had a negative experience with my 2014 Vango lumen 400 air beam tent. Whist camping on the Isle of Man this year all three of the beams failed through the valve to tube mating face which was unrepairable . Despite there being a Vango dealer on the island I was unable to purchase the three poles. I contacted camping spares eventual after ringing around several dealers to get a phone number to speak to someone. I explained me predicament to a very helpful lady unfortunately after five days waiting for spares during the wettest June in history I had to contact camping spares and cancel the order. ( I was going home before the parts would have arrived) in the meantime the tent was keeping my gear semi dry and I managed to sleep in a fellow campers awning. The tent lost all rigidity destroyed itself ripping the zip and the canopy. So would I recommend Vango product support, or Vango tents ....? No avoid at all cost. Oh and after complaining to camping spares , Vango spares and the dealer from where I purchase the ten I was told that the tent was out of warranty which confused me particularly as my complaint was regarding their product support. The tent cost £600 in 2014 and has seen five 7 day outings during its life. I don’t think I will be getting it repaired I will cut my losses putting the estimated £200 repair bill towards a new tent ..... NOT VANGO in case you were wondering.

Robstepney, you had some bad luck there, was that the old type of valve? For all 3 beams to fail is very uncommon. Although I posted a thread of an Outwell one failing big time, and behind it a berghaus had a failed door canopy.
I've had plenty of advice from dealers, last year vango had an excellent return rate of about 1%
Lots of people are buying kampa this year allegedly.

I have two Vango Airbeams - a 2016 Edoras 500XL and a smaller 2018 Capri 400XL.

Love them both.

We had a problem with a slow leaking front airbeam (from new) with the Edoras which I replaced saving having to take the whole tent back for a replacement, and have not had any problems since.

I love how easy it to to pitch and take down the tents and their stability, even in high winds, is exceptional (enhanced in Vangos with their tension band system).

With the advances in the tube and valve technology I would have no hesitation purchasing air tents again and as said previously it is worth spending that bit extra and going for the well established and well known brands.
