Sorry...we are away at the moment in France and have fallen in live with our beautiful Cabanon tent again! Will be reassessing when we return and will post something here if we are going to.

It'll be doing you proud in France, whatever the weather, so long as you don't want it for short stays.
With it being quite a bulky tent, do you transport all your kit in a trailer, Patch? If so, which one do you have and can you recommend it?
It is on its 8th trip to France and we have been in thunder storms and 40* heat and it has never let us down. We are only on one site this time, for 2 weeks, but have been away for as long as 5 weeks in the past staying for between 10 and 14 days at each one. We have 2 small pop up tents that we use for over night stop overs. Cabanon is too big for a one nighter.
Now, as for our trailer...my pride and joy! We have a Brenderup 1150s with extension sides and roof-box-like lid. Last year I bought a sheet of treated wood and had it cut to size to create a shelf. I can now pack everything away on top of the shelf, allowing me to add the tent and poles etc to the bottom half of the trailer later so it doesn't squash any other kit. The trailer has been brilliant. Copes well with driving at 70/80 on French motorways.
Not sure if this link will work but if it does, this is like our trailer.
Sorry, should have added, I didn't pay the full price for the trailer. I got a great deal on eBay from a guy who had used it once on a trip to Cornwall and stored it away in a garage.
