We bought the SV8 last summer - it was our second tent (we loved camping so much - well me really, as it took OH 20 years to persuade me that I would!) as we used our first tent once and decided that we needed something more roomy and airy (we had a Gelert Cyclone 6).
Despite some bad write ups about Outwell QA last year we still love the tent - for a family of four it's ideal, giving lots of living room and generous sleeping space. It stood up well in high winds and rain (the first day of our holiday!) and is great in hot weather as all the windows open fully to give loads of ventilation.
We did have problems with our SIG which did not sit flush to the ground but we spoke with our supplier (Highbridge Caravans near Bridgwater who we can't praise enough for service and friendliness) and also with Outwell. We heard from Highbridge last week that Outwell have agreed to supply us with a new 2007 model at the end of February so can't wait to get out and about again next spring.
Personally I don't think you can go wrong with this model.
