I think the seller has been clever in the way they have worded the auction “we have used it for 2 lovely seasons” and “it has been waterproofed”
The fact that they have used it for two seasons gives no indication of the real age of the tent, and if it is only two seasons old it shouldn’t need reproofing
The tent is described as in excellent condition which is always a bad description to use as your idea of excellent condition and hers are miles apart in this case
None of the faults that you highlighted were mentioned, but again she didn’t say there were no faults as you said it doesn’t look very promising for you but fingers crossed
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
Not all tents on ebay are crap but i would definately go and look before you send money.
We bought our fabulous cabanon frame tent from a guy in chesire for £90. It has been so well looked after there is nt a patch of dirt or stain on it anywhere. The curtains are not the original ones but i am making new ones anyway so it doesnt really matter.
We did go and inspect it before handing over the money though.

I would have if I could have! I'm in Northern Ireland, just not possible, and few tents for sale over here.
Force Ten, as I understand it this tent (Kos 6) was blue until 3 years ago so I figured the oldest this tent could be was 3. Mind you, my parents tent is 25 years old and in much better shape than this one!
