Hi Simon

Contact them and try for a refund they were really understanding with us. We've recently got back form our 1st camping trip in our Gelert Horizon 8. We had terrible rain and what seemed like gail force winds and the tent was excellent no problems at all. The only probs we had was trying to errect it in such bad weather if someone had a video it would have been a £250 from you've been framed job.......lol good luck and enjoy camping we are now......
