Not yet been able to try out the Kairos properly - house moving and various other things have gotten in the way of camping for a while, though am getting daring and considering a short Easter break (despite trying this last year and getting rather put off by waking up with the tent covered in ice one morning!)

I have more photos of when I pitched the 300 in the garden which I will try to upload.

I have tried to upload several pictures but keep getting an error message at the end of the upload - so I have no idea if they have worked or not. They've not appeared on the new tent pictures yet.

Yep. I uploaded one a while back (the only photo on the Kairos 300 page) and the other day I tried to upload a couple more. The upload seemed to be going fine, but at the point of completion an error page came up. Frustrating!

Do the images you are trying to upload meet the criteria?

  • The photo must exist on your computer and must be in gif or jpeg format
  • We recommend resizing your image to 800 x 600 pixels ( width x height ) prior to uploading
  • The image file size must be no larger than 2.5 meg (2,500,000 bytes) If your images are larger than this then you will need to use a photo program to compress them

    Ah thank you, and sorry to have caused you frustration in trying to upload!

    I saw an Outwell Carolina S today, which size wise is probably comparable to the Kairos, so I've got a better image in my head now.

    The size of the photos may be wrong - I have absolutely no idea! But the first photo I uploaded ages back worked fine, so I am not sure what I am doing differently! Ah well.

    Ooh I have a real weak spot for the Outwell Carolinas! I think the S and M are really attractive tents (and can so easily imagine myself sitting in that lovely large living space of the M on a rainy day, gazing out at the world through those enormous windows!)
