I brought the tent at Winfields in July 09, camped for 15 nights in total with occasional rain and then took it back to Winfields last Tuesday after our sodden weekend. They sent it back to Vango last Wednesday after it had dried out, I called today and they offered me the credit note that I can pick up tomorrow!
Thought it would take longer but was happily surprised!!

Craig b - hopefully it is just a couple of them that leak...good luck!! ;-)

So quite a quick turnaround then. Do you think you'll get another Icarus?

CraigB, I would suggest that you test it by using a hose or by chucking water over it and seeing whether the water runs off ok.

Fingers crossed they'll see the same problem that I do. I'm not holding much hope to be honest though

Slime, I think I had the same problem as you this past weekend but I also figured out why.

I put the tent up and didn't look right at the front, just like yours - all saggy and obvious it would be a water trap if it rained. I had a couple of walkarounds and realised that I hadn't tightened up all of the straps that are on the bottom of the tent, and I couldn't believe the difference it made!

Here's a before

Here's an after (sorry it's not more close up)
