Mucker

Thats how it is on the 2012 model, what I was getting at was the footprint which on the 2012 model only goes up to ther front wall and what i think Simon was saying now covers the whole of the tent.

Thanks, Mucker, just to confuse things more; my wife remembers Yoemans (where we got the Yosemite and groundsheet from) at the time showed it as completely covering the footprint

Plenty of website are stating there are differences between the models, but there is no mention of specifics. I think in the absence of major upgrades and add-ons, if you get a deal on a 2012 Yosemite, you should go for it. Which, I think, was the whole point of the original post.

Beyond the different carpets, I'm not convinced there is a difference. Can't remember which of the falls they had up at the NEC in Feb but it wasn't significantly to ours. To me the footprint to cover front porch should be a separate piece in case you want to take the front groundsheet out. I was contemplating doing so for France but the weather isn't looking so good.
