Well I'm at the west coast of Scotland where it always rains hope you manage to avoid it.
Another thing I read about was plastic pegs that can hold the groundsheet up creating the bath tub affect? Peggy pegs I think they are called? I'm looking in to it just now if it is what it says it is would be a good idea to have some in the kit 'just incase'
Ooh sounds interesting! Don't have a clue how to pm or upload images on to this forum yet
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
Yes I did realise you were up in Gods country (after Cornwall).....
re the pegging up...to do so as is the current design, would diminish the circumference and diameter of the groundsheet, bringing it in from the walls and therefore increasing any gaps for "Alexanders beetle" and his mates.....
I have been in correspondence with Blacks over this, and the prejudice over non ZIG sheets, despite the clip in system. Even a widened tray sheet still not provide enough of a bug resistant access for you? Which leaves ZIGs.....
Re images...if you take a photo (digital) of the tent, find a review of the Solace 2 on site (there is one without a review just photo...) and click on the red highlit instruction about downloading images. Couldn't be easier.
To find reviews:
Click on tab "awning/tent reviews".....
Scroll column on left to "Other Tents"
Click on "all"(Click on "all" to show "all other tents")
Scroll to find Blacks Solace 2 Bell tent..........
