Yes we got our guadeloupe through preloved from an absolutely lovely couple who had been unable to use it. We are over the moon with it, pitching was a dream and the size and layout is perfect for us.
Can't wait for the end of the month when we get to spend a week in it, side panel has been ordered so just need to sort out footprint, carpet and linelocs.
Force 10 my terrible photo didn't do the site justice, we were pitched bum to the wind so were facing the perimeter of the camping field.
Again a big thank you for all the advice and messages, and please keep posting photos of your beautiful Cabanon tents we love looking at them all.

------------- Good times and great adventures await...
Thought I'd put a couple of photos of my new to me Guadolupe up, used it at Easter for the first time and love it, so easy to put up and more room than my Cabanon Noumea, looking forward to using it with the sun canopy in June.

My friend Bill, he was 9iron on here sadly passed away last year, he loved his tent so I just think of it as his tent, I'm just looking after it for him.
The zip on the right is for the canvas window cover, I wasn't sure about the green at first but I'm a convert, when the suns on it, it looks a turquoise green on the inside. 😃

Hi folks ... I am going to revive an oldy because ive just become a member. I been searching for a good one for ages and finally found a "used once/twice" gem in absolutely mint condition ... Feeling very please with myself. I dont use the inner pods or curtains or roof liner so lightens the load and reduces pack size considerably
I do have a question though - The kitchen pole clip that secures it to main tent pole is at the wrong angle. I dont want to break it, so want to know if it is twist-able so i can align it up?? (second photo) ...
The Andorra is a great tent. We used to have one and loved it as its not too big and not too small. The inner is great for two and the rear kitchen and back door keeps things neatly tucked away.
Did you get a sun canopy?

I have just spotted on Ebay, a Bora-Bora, plus awning for £900. Allegedly new as of March this year.
Very interesting proposition. Especially since new ones are scarce due to manufacturing issues and I could use a smaller set up for week-ends rather than risk getting the Awaya 500 wet again. It's cosy and dry and in it's winter hibernation.
Only issue is the price. I could do with it being a shade less.
We considered one once and viewed on display at Don Valley (now gone). Just be aware that the Bora Bora bedroom dividers are sewn into the sides of the tent canvas so they can't be rolled up (to create more living space) or pushed out (to accommodate a wider bed). And they aren't big bedrooms. We have 2 thermarest XL mats which, side by side, measure 150cms. They wouldn't fit in the bedroom of a Bora Bora. Plus, I personally prefer a sealed bedroom inner (ants 'n' earwigs in the bedding doesn't appeal).
It's a nice tent, if you need 2 smallish bedrooms. I agree that it's overpriced though. Ad says pitched twice but it looks like 3 different pitches in the pics?

.
For info, the inner tents and roof liner make it a lot warmer when it's cold and a lot cooler when it's hot, so worth using!
