Like everyone else I can't believe what this guy is doing. One thing to check is your home insurance. You may have legal expenses cover and if so it would be worth talking it through with them.

I received a text from this Gary asking if I was trying to ring him on a witheld number. I wasn't, and I haven't responded or contacted him again. The police told me not to.

No word from him, otherwise. He obviously thinks it's okay to keep the tent AND my money and that I am somehow the problem, here.

I don't think this guy is a true camper, and I don't think there ever was an Awaya tent to sell.
