I know it is a good price at the moment at Blacks online, with an additional ten percent off until midnight tonight, so it works out at £173.64 with carriage.
Now I quite like this tent, for what it is; essentially seems to me like a well ventilated gazebo with two bedroom inners, so should be great for camping in warmer climes.
Don't know if it will be as useful in the UK, as the large front and side panels (which roll up and have zip down mesh-panels) don't actually have a window option, hence the only light coming into the tent on rainy days will be via the two front corner window panels.
That said, it has a HH of 2000mm, so is adequate for UK use and the steel poles look strong enough to make the structure nice and sturdy.
The second bedroom measures only 130cm wide, by the way, and Coleman Comfort airbeds (for example) are 137 wide, which is a bit annoying. I suppose if you don't over-inflate, you might still squeeze one in, but I wonder why they didn't lost a few more cm off the larger inner just to make things easier for their own brand of airbeds?
So, I've rabbited on and not mentioned pitching, which really is the bit I can't comment on! I've mooched around this tent on and off for the past year, deliberated about buying one for use in France but never actually done so. As this is more of a dome, than a tunnel, I wonder someone will have to be inside the tent to help lift the structure, once the poles are threaded? Then again, it might in fact pitch like a tunnel with the additional poles threaded through and then legs added when lifted? (In other words, I don't really know! )
I'm sure that someone who has a Cedar Creek will be along shortly, to give much better info and hopefully let you know how long it takes to pitch, and how easy/difficult it is. If the answer is that it pitches in ten minutes, I'll be tempted to order one myself!
Best of luck, whatever you decide.
