Morning all! Does anyone know of anywhere in the Midlands area where we might see Sunncamp tents (particularly the Evolution and the Pathfinder) erected? I've only ever seen photos but would love to actually stand up in one and get the 'feel' if you know what I mean. We currently have the 2007 Montana 4 (I notice they don't make them anymore) and although it's a fantastic tent, it's simply too big and heavy for the type of car we have - we manage but it takes up about half of our boot space! I do like the look of the Evolution but need to see if in the flesh if possible but I'm having real difficulty (save spotting one by chance on a camping weekend) finding anywhere local that sells them!

Hi Emgin

I saw the Evolution 600 at Towsure, Halesowen on Sunday and they also had the Pathfinder out too. Best to give them a call first if you do go as a couple of weeks ago I found out they had the Evo 400 on display but by the time I got there three days later it had been taken down

If you find an EVo 400 in the Midlands I love to hear about it!

It's a really nice tent - we saw it at Towsure on Sunday too. We felt slightly claustrophobic with the doors shut, so I suggest you shut them up and check it, but the number of windows is wonderful...

Hi Carpman, just looked at the web for a Global 600, they sure had a tent on display with that canopy up. So many tents though you will have a great day out if you go.

Hi all,

Went to the exhibition - as others have said, great day out. Saw the evo 400 and really liked it but its a little too big for the motorcycle. Have to keep my Vango for this year, I'm sure there is a global on show, If you telephone them they will tell you (this is what i did) - also a really nice ride aswell !

well went and looked at the global and yes i did stop at garys on the way home, but not to buy a global  i've decided on a monty 6 and the extras , not getting it till next weekend so the plastic hasn't gone into melt down just yet.

Was just going to post on here about the exhibition and saw that this thread was already running. As always a great show - they claim it is the largest tent display in the country. Lots of Sunncamp tents and many other makes. Also lots of equipment and accessories on sale, Even though we did not buy a new tent it is well worth a visit. Open every day till Sunday 13th May, 10AM till 8PM
