We are looking for a 4/5 man weekend / short stay tent and have looked at heaps of sites and still unsure of what to get.

Requirments would be along the lines of SIG , split bedrooms and not excessively big .

We have been looking at the vango idaho 400 / 500 and are not sure if the bedrooms are split as some pictures are showing a redish coloured bedroom area and others aren`t.  http://www.outdoorgear4u.co.uk/vangoidaho500-5354.php?cPath=851&products_id=5354.

P.S Don`t want to spend any more than £150 !!

We have the same problem as you Cuthy. We need a  4/5/6 man weekend / 1 night stay-over tent to use instead of our diablo 900.

We also want a SIG, taking 15/25 mins to erect and under £150.

Leaning towards a Khyam Yale but have not seen one erected. Any suggestions / recommendations will be most welcome.

Look on the khyam site. www.khyam.co.uk. there are sizes and videos on how to erect these tents.

John.

The Campus Yale was actually made by Khyam, and older models are available at a bargain price (see here).

Hope this helps!

Thats a good price !!  Was looking for sleeping compartments to be on same side, but I  don`t mind that much if we`re talking decent money
