HI there,
I wondered if anyone could help me please?
We have been umming and ahhaing for sometime over what tent we want to buy to replace our old one.
We want a SIG as we have two dogs and a 7 year old and like the idea of protection against insects as we like to go to Scotland.
I have seen on the web the Outwell Nevada L and really like this tent, just wondered if anyone has one and can comment on ease to erect and what they are like to use etc.
I really like this tent as I am a fan of the full fibreglass poles rather that the steel ones in the OUtwell Montana.
Many thanks in advance
------------- I thought I saw light at the end of the tunnel, but it was just another git with a torch bringing me more work ! - sigh

Yes, looked at it yesterday. In fact they had the Vango Oregon (thought it was the Vista but that's the older version), Nevada and Royal Vegas 8 all pitched next to each other which was interesting, because you could compare them directly. Oregon £200, Nevada £300, Royal £330. Royal looked the sturdiest and also had a neat annexe area which we were thinking of using as a door (effectively giving you a porch, which the other two didn't have). However, the main living area had a zip-in ground sheet, which I've never experienced before and given the main reason we are buying is for weekends and want quick pitching up, we're probably going to discount the Royal. Nevada seemed higher than the Oregon , particularly in the bedrooms and a bit more sturdy. However, Nevada £100 more expensive. Wife wants Oregon; I want Nevada, so who knows what we'll end up with :-) I'm trying to find some reviews on the pitching times for the Oregon versus Nevada - if I find any I'll post them for you. Btw - the tents were pitched at a place called PJ Camping in Hatfield, Herts - would be a miracle if you were near there but you never know.
