The sun canopy is a great add on, you have the rest you may as well. I had a 2005 monty a great tent. Now got the vermont camped in London last week Abbey Moor, really happy again, was'nt sure if i was doing the right thing parting with the monty.

We really like ours, although we made the cardinal error of waiting until we were at our camp site to put it up !!!

Before you all laugh at the next paragraph I did feel as though we achieved something,

We arrived at a Campsite near Tattershall, the weather had been mixed and then it did rain, I got out and decided that the tent still had to go up...

I got wet as it really started to hammer down but slowly but surely the tent went up...although my step children were not as hardy as me and they retreated back to the car.

Half of the tent up and I decided as the sun had come out to change out of me wet cloths in dry ones.... but oh no the rain came back with a vengance still we got it up after I mis read the instructions.

We had a great time but the weather ( Last week of May 2006) was very wet and the sleeping bags we had bought ourselves were a bit too small, in fact I never did get a good sleep as I was cold.... So another lesson learnt.

Although, We are going to go camping again as soon as we can....!

i think it`s like other peeps have said peg the back out
not tight
insert poles
put poles in the pin system this may cause a bit of a struggle but they do fit
when all poles are in open main door
to let air in go in if you want then from the back raise the first pole and peg out loosely then the next set and the others seem to glide up then
pull it taught and peg down
and then go round peg and tighten lines

Oh eventually we learnt how to put the tent up, Its an excellent tent !

The pegs are a little naff and will break by the third or fourth outing, The tent is weatherproof and darn good against the wind and rain !!!, even the torential stuff.

we bought ours from Go out doors paid around £389 for it...

Oh dear!

91

You want one of these, the latest rage in imports - a Nissan Elgrand.  MPV but can be converted to a camper or used in conjunction with a tent or an annex.

Start at around £5,000!
