Hi the Quebec has two doors. I bought one a few weeks ago but I haven't used it in anger yet, only had it up in the garden.I dont know where you could see one up in teh London area but this website has some good pictures of one.
Best of luck.
Gelert Quebec 8+4 - Two identical doors as above and sorry not sure where you can see one but its a goods size, 2 adults and suitcases one side and and 3 kids+toys in the other. We can then have a table and up to four chairs in the middle although usualy stick to two chairs. Fairly easy to put up although practise before going anywhere. We can do it in 30mins now + a bit more for finishing the quy ropes. OH does most work but I think you do need two at the start.
Used it twice now with no problem, no leaks and love the SIG.

oh thanks tamsy, that site does give good pictures...
am glad to hear that the living space feels big enough, I was not sure about that. We'll just be two adults, two kids but want versatility in terms of being able to have The kids sleep in with us if they want so this seems the best bet with its big bedrooms.
wendy, do you miss not having a porch to store all the miscellaneous, ahem, crap?
This is our first tent so never had a porch. We were able to keep everything in main tent fairly easily and we tend to take way too much. I would check the width of the tent though as I think you might struggle to fit in air beds for 4. If you can then youll have loads of room for storage. We have a double and single airbed in the kids section and there is space between but not sure if enough for another air bed.
We have just added the outdoor utility tent ( not used yet) mainly for cooking when it rains. There is room to put the stove up on the table in the quebec but I didnt want to cook in the tent especially with kid. We did ocassionally use a kettle though on the stove. Even more room will be useful and the two tents should fit on an average pitch.
thanks Wendy - ours kids are still small (4 and 2) so they wouldn't need a double airbed. We used a vango venture last year and fitted a travel cot and little packaway bed in along with our double airbed suitcases etc and I think the bedroom on that was about the same size. By the time they are big enough to need full airbeds we'll be more than happy to shove them in the other bedroom!
I guess I worry a little about cooking in bad weather with this tent, without the porch. But I've been searching for a year now and can't borrow the vango again this summer and the quebec comes closest on every other front...there doesn't seem to be a tent that ticks every single box...

someone has pointed me in the direction of the khyam ontario and its sunporch. anyone know if that sunporch would fit the quebec or should I just go for the ontario? (prefer colours on quebec!)
