Have now decided on the Vermont XL, and am searching the net for the best prices. Also will be purchasing the carpet and groundsheet at the same time. Anyone know of any offers or good prices around at the moment?
Won't be using the tent until the end of July, is it worth waiting another 6 weeks before we purchase?

Allweathers use to do a deal on tent carpet and groundsheet. I got all three separate but they still did the deal price.

janso, the best price for the tent so far was £489.99

Mully, I popped along to see Gary's erections last Friday,truly magnificent they were, but hadn't made my mind up then as to what I wanted. We have now made a definate decision.

Im struggling to find anybody with them in stock at that price.....the best so far is outdoormeg at 499 but ive heard bad reports about their service.

NORWICH-CAMPING got some, i suppose its a sellers market at the mo.....i'd leave it a bit.....i did get a couple of outwell contour 350's chucked in with my indiana 6 from total-camping.co.uk(also caseys camping).....so he does barter!!

I went to see Gary at cross camping on Monday and bought the new Monty 6, with canopy, carpet, windbreak & footprint and got a really good deal, as mully says contact gary direct and see what he can do for you, he will beat a price if he can.
