Just had to say, the suspense is KILLING me, I'm dying to know which tent you decided on and are you pleased with your choice!!

We saw the Vango Vail 700 (they do a 500 version) up recently at a garden centre in Frensham, near Farnham, Surrey, we fell in love with it, it is almost identical to the Royal Bordeaux 6 and a very similar style/layout to the Monty, would like to know if anyone has got the Vango Vail 700, OH said he would never part with our 2003 Vango Colorado 800DLX (sadly has no SIG - which we would prefer now) but this has made him think.  The room in this tent was fabulous, a bit concerned that it looked bigger than most but if you measure it and compare it to the size of others it is about the same size.

I've still not found anywhere to actually look at the tent closer to me than tamworth (just over 100 miles) so far

I'm pretty made up on the royal, just want to see it up before I buy. I looked at the Vango as an option as well, but without the annex it just gets pipped by the royal tent.
