Sorry to ask, but total newbie about to purchase her first 'grownup' tent wants to make sure she's using somewhere reputable!!!

Yes i have and had no problems whatsoever. With it being that time of year i would check by phone first to make sure thay have what you want in stock.

I used them for a recent purchase of a few small items and they were very good at keeping me informed of progress, one of my items was out of stock so the main order was sent minus the out of stock item

I was given a date when the out of stock item would be available and it was shipped on its own when it was back in stock

Great service

Its my local camping shop and they are good people to deal with.
