i bought a tent from them and it ripped the first time it was up, the secong time on returning from a night out we came back to find the whole tent on one side has collasped and our stuff was soaked.  Luckily we were only a half an hours drive from home so whilst myself and the rest of our camping party ripped my tent down hubby was home getting the faithful Aztec.

Phoning tentastic was a bit of a nightmare getting an answer - they were quick to pick up the tent but not so hot on a refund. It took 3 weeks on constant phoning everyday to get a full refund (by cheque of course) .  A  not too polite follow-up feedback was left on ebay warning of their tents.  

We will never leave it to just a picture ever again for buying a tent!!!

i ordered a tent from tentastic a couple of weeks ago after i thought id got a bargain on ebay!

arrived quickly, but when i set it up in teh garden, 3 fibreglass poles snapped and it ripped in a corner!then putting it back the bag ripped!! absolutly shocking quality. One phone call later they arranged to pick it up next day andf give me a full refund

tentastic are a pile of rubbish! they say the quality check them, do they balls i'm just glad we put ours up in the garden before we took it out!

got my vango diablo 400 (with carpet!) now so i'm happy!!! :)
