Hi,

     I've been given a tent and all it says on it is IOS II. Would this be correct?

I've tried to Google it, but nothing comes back so I'm not sure of the manufacturer.

I have had a quick search on the net and I reckon it is made by a company called Relum.  They have a tent named Khios.
