I have a rage bergen 6 and i love it. Not gonna go on about it again, but if you read the other posts recently regarding rage tents you will probably see my postings on them.
Thanks for reassurance, I know it was cheap but just wanted to try camping with the kids for a weekend to see if it is fun, Tent not arrived yet , should be here this week. can not wait to try it out !!!!!!!
Can I just add that whilst away last weekend, when the weather was awfulto put it midly. There was a Rage tent, don't know the make, but it stood firm and i presume it didn't leak as the woman was sitting in doorway in her dressing gown when we went past. I presume if tent had been leaking she wouldn't have been so calm.
Must add several tent went down at that site over that weekend. But all this family seemed to do was remove the poles that held the canopy things over the window.

No problem, only noticed it was a rage as i was being nosey about all the different tents on site. And I commented to OH ooooh thats one of those ebay tents LOL. Even our Harvard struggled a bit in the wind we received last weekend. Cos we pitched the tunnel end ino the wind, but of course the wind changed direction and was hitting the dome part - very scary. But as we left site the Rage looked fine. Soi guess some Rage tents are ok.

I have a rage bergen so its a tunnel tent. When i first took it out it rained and was really windy and our tent stood firm (tho i do also highly recommend delta pegs). No leaks, no poles snapped, no wind getting under the tent etc.
We too only bought it to see if we liked camping originally, bt its actually a much better tent than i expected it to be.
We have a rage vardo 8 and took it on our first caping holiday last week. It was fantastic and was actually admired by some people. We had no problems whatsoever with it. When we bought it one of the threaded poles was faulty but I received two replacements within three days of emailing the seller. We paid less than £50 for this tent and as far as I'm concerned its an absolute steal as we had a great time.
