Hi,

I'm relatively new to camping.  I bought a Vango 400 a few years back which had a few outings before we had children.

We went camping the other week with our baby and 2 year-old in the Vango which was very cosy (I'd remembered it to be bigger than it actually was).

Have just been looking at tents on website- liked the look of Wynnster perigrine but then read positive comments about the ontario.

What tent would people recommend for a family looking to go for weekends and the occasional week?  Does it matter whether it is dome, tunnel or frame?? and would the ontario fit the bill?

Was in the same boat a few weeks back I've just bought a Vango Oregon 800 (tunnel) for £200, we went for the bigger option to give us some additional space for all the clutter you end up taking with you!

We are new to camping and read some decent reviews about this tent and it also is easy to put up. The Vango website has a handy downloadable video showing how to put it up!

Options are endless it's worse than choosing a new car!! Everyone is going to have a different opinion so good luck!!!
