Hello All,
I am replying to the emails that you all have sent enquiring about the Wynnster Phoenix 6.
My wife and I brought one last year after having a lot of trouble with our previous tent an Outwell Sun Valley 6, which leaked so much and had problems with the poles.
The Wynnster Phoenix 6 is like a breath of fresh air. It so easy in comparison to the Outwell to put up, taking only 30-40 mins to put up on the first time. The pole ends, sleeves and ends are all color marked, which makes it even easier for people like me!
The living space is bloody huge, bigger than our last tunnel tent. The only thing I would say is that the sleeping areas are not quite as big though. There are two larger sleeping areas, and one smaller (much smaller). On the plus side though, you can use one sleeping area as storage if you are going with less people by removing the inner!
The Phoenix has two sleeping area designs that we have seen. The first is of that I have described above. The other is an inner that is split into two giving a better sleeping space. TRY TO FIND THAT ONE INSTEAD IF YOU CAN!!
Over all it is a beautiful tent with amazing living space and height. We love the windows at the front of the tent which gives plenty of light. The roof sky lights are also good in dome area!!
This is a tent for anyone who is requiring a budget tent but with all the extra's you would expect from the leading brands!!!
Happy camping (Let's just hope this years weather is better!!!)
Marcus & Frayer Smith!!!
------------- thanks,
Marcus & Frayer!

Tracey,
I have one of these tents, the slightly older one with the seperate ground sheet, it's a great tent, as every one has said easy to put up, but does require two people, my wife who is 5ft 6ins is the one that stands in side so you don'e need to be tall, just enough to start the poles bending, a tall box or three on top of each other might work the same.
Try and get the tent with the sown in ground sheet as i think this might be easier to put up and get the layout correct, the living space is fantastic, we have the cooker under one of the side doors and then int he morning it is just the case of opening a door to cook breakfast. Greta if you are still in PJ's !
why not go back to the message boards and find the topic on tent advice, then find this version of tent, there are loads of postings from people who have had this tent for quite some time.
You won't be disappointed though, it's a great looking tent once up and now they have stopped making this design you'll be the envy of other campers who won't be able to buy one!!!
------------- Have tent - will travel !
