Well what fun i am having on here can't wait to get home from work to see posting and browse the site, i confess i am addicted.  Big day Saturday picking tent up from the branch on Saturday.  Will put tent up (selective wording here if you get my drift) not that any of you would think any differently ha!  in garden Saturday weather permitting.  I am debating weather to get electric hook up or to manage with out.

Hi there sharron,

I have just had to return my aspen 700 due to some faults that have appeared since using it from 2005. last year millets replaced the poles for mine as 1 became damaged, the replacement poles they sent were marked aspen 700 delux while the rest of my tent was the earlier aspen 700, the poles were exactly the same as the originals except for 1 improvement, they had made the ends of the side poles removable for easier storage. your earlier problem was'nt ideal as you want what you pay for and NOTHING ELSE!!! but you should have still been able to use both the tent and poles combined, the only fifference with the tents themselves is that extra metre of porch, and the poles dont come into play in this area of the older model.

hope you get it sorted, and I hope I dont experience the same problems from millets while waiting for my replacement.

PS, the aspen is an amazing tent, I cant get one now so I hope the replacement is as good as.
