Hi. We've got a Bordeaux 6 we purchased from Great Outdoors last year for £300, fantastic tent for family use as you can easily live in it whatever the weather.
Our last tent was a Vango TBS Vista 600DLX, lovely tent, but when the great british weather empties it's self and the ground can take no more, the lack of a sewn in groundsheet in the living area made it uncomfortable, and as the windows all have roll up exterior curtains, you have to keep them closed or they just fill up with rain!
We went for the Bordeaux 6 because of the large dry living area and the sheer brightness, with all the windows and skylights its really bright even when it's pouring down, and the virtical walls and high roof make it very spacious. It's quite easy to erect with a little practice with 2 people but it is very heavy. We did have a problem with the first one, one of the pole sleeves on the roof started to come away from the main tent, it looked as if it had just not been caught properly when being sewn together, but when we tookit up with the shop, they spoke to Royal, and they agreed to swap it and sent another one out. We even got an upgrade as they sent out a ZG, and we originally purchased an SG!
It's easy to live in, we've just been away again in ours and it is perfect for our needs (2 adults and 2 little girls) and everyone who visits comments on how good it is. I would reccomend buying the ZG version as its easier to erect, and to clean afterwards.
