hi im new to this camping ... would like to know if this tent is any good  SUNNCAMP SHADOW 800 was thinking of buying one...just took up camping last weekend i got a tent  set from halfords but thought the tent was a bit on the small side it was a 4 man so i would like to know if the SUNNCAMP SHADOW 800 would be a good tent as we like a bit a space

thanx noopy_101 where would the bast place to buy it .and is it easy to put up im new to this camping went away last weekend and was fab think im getting hooked

Whether it is a good tent or not depends on what you are looking for really.   This tent sleeps a lot of people but hasn't got as much living space as some others have.  My 6 man works out at roughly the same space but has less sleeping space and more living space.It depends whether you want space for sleeping, living or storing stuff (you might want extra bedrooms then).  

In terms of technicalities like hydrostatic head (waterproofness) it looks a good tent.   It's always good to look at tent displays to get an idea of what you want.  You can always go away and look on the internet for the same or similar designs.

Flatcoat were did you buy the sun canopy for it didnt know it they did it for that tent

we had 3 adults 2 kids and 2 whippets it was great for us
