Hi again.....

Just a quick question. After reading a thread regarding the montana front canopy fitting on my SV8, I was wondering if the full side canopy would fit on the front instead? (Bit more side protection)

Has anyone tried this.........I am eager to find out

I have tried it and it works pretty well. You do get a few small gaps for the rain to fall through on the sides, but, if erected ptoperly, this is a very minor issue.

I'd simply advise buying 2 extra long guy ropes for the rear of the canopy. These are not essential, but make the positioning of the 2 rear guy ropes better.

By the way. There is a thread on here where someone has picture of the SV8 and Side Conopy (Put on the front of the SV8).

You'd need to do a search for the thread. I checked it out before buying one. They are great during rainy days as it allows you to keep the porch fully open.
