Fabsil is pretty good but if you only require to do a small area you'd be better off not using a silicone base proofer as these can leave stains of the area treated. I know that you can get Storm waterproofing spray that is not silicone based and therefore can be used on small areas without staining.
Have you looked at the area where the leak / drip is coming from, if it from the centre of your tent this could be condensation and not a leak.
The best way to tell if your tent needs to be re waterproofed is is the fabric gets dark when wet then the water repellent treatment from production needs replacing.
If both the tent treatment is working the it's not condensation then look into repairing any damage to the PU coating on the inside if it's a synthetic. There are lots of repair glues out there.
