Hi everyone if i first put up my diablo 900 in my garden just to see how went up but when i took it down both of the main Dome poles has split in some places. I got this tent a of the internet and the firm my bourt it of has gone backkruped. Has this happend to enyone elses tent or dose any one have any tips for what i could do.

 what i would do is  get some resin and fine string lay a fine layer of resin on the pole then rap the string round tightly then coat with more resin we used 2 do this with fly fishin rods and held up quite well if u got the cash u can order some from the maker

Firstly don't panic, you will be able to order some replacement poles, you say "I put it up" rather than we put it up so i assume you did it alone, the 900 is a heavy tent to raise and if you did it alone and trie to raise it with the poles i'm not surprised they snapped, you really need someone inside to support the poles as you raise it, as i don't know where you reside so i can't suggest where to go for new poles but any good camping store that supplies Vango products should be able to get you a set of poles

I would of thought that despite the dealer going bust the product should still be under manufactures warranty. If you have a proof of purchase within the last 12 months Vango should replace for free. I believe Vango are pretty hot on customer service.

Send them back to Vango...They advertise lifetime warranty on poles and I have had replacements in the past.
