Hello there and welcome to UKCS.
Coleman are generally considered to be a reliable make - we have a Coleman Adrenaline 3 and it is superb.
I have looked at the Columbus 4 and it has some good design features, like a fully sewn in groundsheet, and it goes up outer first. I also like the rear vent across the back of the tent which can stay open even in wet weather because it is downward facing and this is really important for reducing condensation. TUnnel tents are easy to erect (with a little practice).
Just one thing to think about though - you do not say how many people this is actually for? The two double bedrooms are each wide enough to just fit a double airbed or 2 sleeping mats (either foam or self inflators) but you would not get 2 single airbeds in there, and probably not two of the metal framed camp beds. This means that there is no room in the bedrooms for personal kit, so the living area will have to accommodate that, plus your other camping kit. Would that make is a bit squashed even for a weekend break?
And if you are taking children, you would not have much under cover living space for wet weekends - could get a bit stressful?
However, for 2 adults, it would be a spacious weekend tent; so it depends a bit on these factors.
