I have an oregon 600 and had lost one of the hook/elastic strap that secures the bedroom pod to the pegging strap.
After contacting two of their dealers they advised me to contact Vango direct as they could not supply me the parts to repair. After one e-mail to Vango they have supplied me with enough parts to stock a small shop!!
Thank you very much Andrew and Vango. I am 100% sure that when I come to replace my Oregon that I will purchase another Vango tent. Possibly the Colorado 800DLX if the misses will allow!

There is another thread on here with a recommendation of the Vango tents, good to know that service is great. I like the idea that they come with a lifetime guarantee.

I have to agree, vango's customer service is fantastic, we had to return our first aspen to them for examination due to a couple of minor failures, they replaced the tent very quickly, i also emailed them recently regarding carpet, had virtually an immediate response, now that's good service! I have emailed other companies before and don't get a response at all!...they were also very quick off the mark to recall the new killington range when there was a leak problem, yet I have read other threads on here about manufacturers disclaiming problems, so all in all i think that vango rate amongst the top for their service and response and should be recognised for this. well done vango
I too must agree. Such a friendly response to any queries, it's pretty hard to find customer service at such a high quality no matter what you purchase.
