hello all

I am new to all this so please excuse the arrogance of technical terms! I only registered today and i already love this site. Well my first post and its a good one.

I have just bought, well my husband actually! on monday, an outwell hartford xxl(i think) for us and the grandchildren from a yeomans store. Trouble was we dont have a car. The man at the shop said they could have it delivered for the next day post. He ordered it and the next day we were waiting and waiting and it didnt arrive by 5pm as promised. Anyhow just as we sat down for tea at 630pm the doorbell rang and there was two men from yeomans at the door with our tent. They explained that there was a technical glitch with the order and someone had drove from their headquarters to deliver it to the store and they then brought it round after they had finished work. How about that for service!!!!!
