Oh No gone anf done it and ordered the Nevada.

Been looking for ages, dont know why as our tent is fine but would eventually like our eldest to have a pod of her own. Thing is all 3 share a bedroom at home because they dont like being alone so really I cant see that changing.

What is it about camping that makes me want to shop all the time!!

Couldnt find a thread about this tent but read all the Royal ones. Seem a good make and the tent should give more space wthout being too huge. Any one got one?

Looks like were the only ones with this tent .

Got it tent today and its massive. Took 1 1/2 hours to get up and thats without the guys pegged but the zip in groundsheet and one pod in, Its very heavy and we didnt think we were going to be able to do it. Pegging out is interesting our other tent in SIG so easier to be exact. It took another hour to get down and somehow it went back in the bag!

From what Ive read ( since my slight impulse buy lol)  its identical to the monty 12 just slightly longer. Which strangly enough I had been looking at (the monty) alot just waiting for the price to drop. The Nevada was £299 and the cheapest Monty Ive seen is £350.

Cant wait to try it out for real next week. A bit worried about fitting it on a pitch with 2 cars and the outdoor revolution outhouse though.

Not been on here for ages had to move to MSE so trying to avoid extra camping costs because you lot always make me want to buy new things !! Looking at a mini oven to save some space and more versatility. Any one use these for camping?

Cant believe noone else has got this tent yet. Nevermind we still like it and will be airing it in August. Only once this year

Hope everyone is well

We bought this year, and have now used twice, a Royal Pescara 8, it had no leaks, and withstood the terrrible winds we had last weekend!

Before this we had a Royal Dayroom, and this was great too.

So, I would have no worries about buying a Royal tent!

Hope this helps!
