After a bit advice with repairing zips. Hubby got a bit frustrated when outer zip wouldnt do up, so in his haste, he pulled it and it got jammed. Managed to prise the tent material from the zip, but the zip has left about a 1" gap. is there any way of repairing this? Bit worried that when we use tent again in a couple of weeks, that we will have the same problem and the hole might get bigger. Thanks

Usually you can get rid of a zip gap by opening it up fully, making sure the teeth on both sides are equal then reclosing it. Then make sure you don`t pitch the tent in such a way that the zip is under stress. And remember, you should always close all zips before pitching a tent.
Yes we have had problems with the zips to the inner bedrooms in our Vango Diablo 600. On our last trip a coupel of weeks ago, the zip completely broke on one and we had to pin it with safety pins. Need to find somewhere that will change tent zips or get a new tent...
