Regarding the Nebraska XL..... do a forum search for the tent and you will find a lot of posts.
The Nebraska does have massive issues with leaks ( we returned ours last year !) so you may be advised to get your money back as soon as poss. The supplier should not refuse you a refund as this is a known problem with this tent.
Good luck.
PS. We stuck with Outwell and went for the Georgia XL... great tent, no issues.
Yes thanks for advice been told by supplier [go outdoors]to return tent and they willsend it away for testing,if it leaks i get my money back.Another prob was that i couldnt get tent up till i removed strap from pin also couldnt walk on one corner of living space as ground sheet high and pulling away, same corner of forementioned strap!.all in all i am dissapointed because the tent is ideal for what we want and they are not cheap so i will post any developments.

Go Outdoors have no justification for not refunding your money on the spot. There's a known issue with the Nebraska which I am sure they are well aware of.

Which go outdoors do you live by? Some branches offer a refund no quible but the leicester one seems to want to send it back for testing. Was it sold to you in the boxes?
I had a bent pole on my Nebraska XL, (another known issue) and Go Outdoors at Coventry wanted to send our whole tent away for "assesment" instead of just replacing the faulty pole.
After an hour of ranting and they "found" a spare set of poles out the back. Presumably they where from another returned XL as they had been used, but were not bent so saved out holiday that started a week later.
