hi all, i had similar experience with tentastic, although the refund was quick, however i do have a brand new inner tent for the rage 700dlx, no poles just the inner tent.
its band new straight fron tentastic, if anyone want it for £20 it would make a great replacement for a damaged one.
i replaced ours with a colman 8 man tent which is great and was cheaper than the 700, the 2 bedrooms both fit 2 double airbeds, thats also up for sale complete and only used once.
