yup, when i first put it up, it split where the poles go through the top of the tent, i called them then they said they would send one out, well i put the fly sheet on, there was an inch hole in it and 3 guy ropes pulled straight off so i told them i wanted a refund, they picked up the tent but told me to sell the replacement inner they sent, as the courier would only pick up the one box.
im not sure what the postage would be,but i can find out.
