Hi, just wondered if anyone on here has one of these. I have just purchased one for myself and my two children and had a go at putting it up today in the garden.

My hubby helped me but we had a real job trying to get the main dome up, at one point I thought the poles would snap! Can anyone offer any advice as to the easy way to do it? We did follow the instructions given and put all the poles in, and then it just had - the tent can now be raised by putting the end of the poles in the pins.

We thought we'd done well until that point, then we both ended up looking like a pair of wrestlers!! Just a bit concerned as I'm supposed to be putting up the tent myself with my 10yr old helping!!!!

weve got a napoli 500  takes about 20-30 mins .   Re main dome, only put in dome poles first  and erect that bit first.  When the dome is up we then put the other two poles in at the front.  We used to try and put it up with all the poles in but the weight was to great.

Any other queries just ask, we love our Naploi for weekends

ps my wife put ours up fot the first time on her own two weeks ago and said she got on ok.  All the best !

Many thanks for your reply, will try again with just the main dome poles. Once they are threaded through do you pin in each pole or do it corner by corner?

I'm going to have another go at it tomorrow !

errr   corner to corner diagonally.  Push the poles right up ( i nkow you often feel they will snap but its amazing how much they will bend.  Leave all pegging out till all poles in place!!.  We have found that using the front door is better in wet weather.  We used to use the side door but when you unzip the outer tent door in the rain water can run off the flysheet and enter into the living area ( hard to describe through text  but if you ever in wet weather you will se what i mean) Enjoy your napoli we love it < again any more ?  gives a shout np
