We finally decided on what tent to get and went out yesterday and got it!! We plumped for the Montana 6 in the end which seems a very popular choice on here.  We got it from Allweathers for £275.  We were still undecided when we got to the shop, hubby liked the Vango Vail, we both liked the Wynnster Orion 7 then we found the Montana when we got there, it was never in the running!  After dicussions with the really nice man at All Weathers we changed our minds on the Vail after being told it had been discontinued due to leakages etc, so then it was just between the Orion and the Montana, what swung it in the end was the man showing us the picture of the Montana with the extension.  Decided the Montana had more going for it than the Orion the Orion was what it was, couldn't add any bits to it.  So we walked away with it there and then!!!  Am so excited just trying to figure out if we will be able to use it at October half term being completely new to this we have nothing!! So we either splash out now and get everything or we gradually accumulate and use it in the spring, think I can see us camping in the garden soon as both so excited.!!!  More so than the children I think!!  Funny thing was put it in the car to bring home and with only the tent and the buggy in the car there was no space, so mentioned to my dad we would need to get a trailer he just happened to know a man who was selling one!  Went and looked at it there and then and picked it up tonight for only £50!!!  So all in all  a very productive weekend.  Probably be back on again soon with loads of questions so much going through our minds.

Well done on your choice!

We got one a few weeks ago, just had first weekend with it this weekend and loved it!

Good luck with getting away in it soon.

try looking on ebay, we have got quite a few camping things off there, long as your careful then you can save yourself a bit of money.  Wouldnt buy things like gas burners or anything but some other stuff definitely, i just bought our new 6 man tent, the old one was way too small and besides ebony knacked it on the last trip lol but anyways, bought a brand new 6 man tent, nothing fancy fancy but still a big tent for only £33 including delivery.  Have had it up and its great, all parts there and had definitely never been used, so worth a look.
