Hope you get a resolution quickly. If no luck with Outwell try the Royal Nevada. Its almost identical to the Monty12 and we have had no problems with it so far. I really liked the look of the Monty but was concerned with the Outwell leak threads. The Nevada was also a bit cheaper.

Have talked with Ooase outdoors, nice people, good talk.

They will inspect the tent, and hopefully we get a replacement with a few weeks.
