we got a monty 6 2007 model in june ready for july holiday when we got it out of the bag the poles were very rusty so we took them back to the shop and they changed them no problem.we started to put tent up to check it a few days later in the garden only to find we had been sold a 2006 tent for 2007 money.we rang up the shop they said bring it back but did not really beleive us until they checked it.we were given a new one only to correct tent wrong poles so back we went again they orederd in some poles which turned up a week before we were due to go away but then two poles and pegs were missing.anyhow the tent came with 12 months warrenty so off we went on hols but 4 days in the eylet pulled through on the porch so we rang up the shop they said dont worry
when we got home they refused to sort it out it is a manafacturing fault but they said they wont send it back to outwell as its not a big enough tear
does any one know a outwell rep or contact number for outwell we have had a outwell winfield for 3 years and no trouble
we have lost faith in outwell and camping
