Hi everyone. I was going to get an Easy Camp San Remo 400 - the place I ordered it from had non in stock - decided not to wait for more stock so I cancelled the order.

These tents have caught my eye at a bargain price...

i have no experience of either, but in my camping world i prefer the gelert vario, why? because it has got more windows  well i like to see the outside world

Hi Alison. That's what I like about the Vario 5.

The Michigan does seem kinda dark inside - and doesn't seem to be as popular as the Vario 5.

We have the Vario 5 and its a brill tent . loads of room and easy to erect

hi dan i like the look off the vario 5 you get what you like the look  off if your not sure leave both and keep looking you need to be 100 percent or you wont be happy with it thats what i was like with some tents in the past. and they never grow on you lol dont let it be just the price i no thats  big thing but put the cash away keep saving for something you love .

Hi everyone. Thanks for the replies.

Must admit I've wanted a tunnel tent like the Vario ever since I started camping.

Yea Denise money is the main problem lol - I want to get a tent now as there all being sold cheap (End of season) so I think If I wait I'll struggle to get such a good tent for the money.

I do really like the Vario 5 tbh - like I said I've wanted a tunnel tent like that since I've started camping.

Think I might have to get the card out lol...

How hard is the Vario to errect? Looks like a huge tent - and I've never had a tunnel tent before.
