Dunno if this is of interest to anyone, but World of Camping have this popular tent for a really good price until January 7th. £289.50

That is one of my concerns as I have an old demo model Monty and was looking at getting the new one but how can they have 2008 models if they are not being released by Outwell yet

The thing is how would you know if you were getting a 2008 model and not a 2007 - there is nothing different but I do not differences since the 2005 model

On the 2006 model you got a better external porch on the 2007 you got velcro cable tidies and a thermometer - there is nothing different that I am aware of the 2008

At least with some companies they change the color fabrics of their tents

I have been onto the website that is doing the deal and it says you reserve a tent for £30 deposit and they expect to take delivery of the 2008 tents in February - they are just giving you the chance to buy a new one at a reduced rate until the 7th and then its a limited number
