Hello,

We're fairly new to camping, having bought a Vango Aspen 700DLX which we managed to get away in a for a couple of weekends last year before it turned too cold.

Anyway, I was wondering whether anyone has the same tent and if so, have you bothered getting the vango canopy to fit it ? If so, would you recommend it and what extra does it offer ?

Thanks.

Does'nt the DLX already have an extended porch. Would think it would look a bit strange putting a further extension on the front of it.

Ive got the Vango Aspen 700DLX and have got the Canopy as well. The Aspen does come with the extended porch which i use for cooking in so the extra canopy is ideal for putting the camping chairs and beach stuff in etc. Like has been said earlier you do need a large pitch as it does add quite abit of length to an already big tent.

I've got the 700 dlx with canopy, the canaopy hasn't even been unwrapped yet. The DLX is massive enough on its own. Pics on my home page thingy.
