hi maie, how much was you thinking of spending and have you got all the accessories you need, i have a outwell norfolk lake which is a polycotton fabric it will last for years ,it has 3 bedrooms and carpet and side canopie and lots of accessories its on the classifieds of this site if you want any pictures i can email them
