I thought I'd write a wee message in praise of Outwell.  We bought an Outwell Nebraska XL last summer.  When we compared the setting up vid to what we had, we realised the organiser pockets were missing.  The company that sold us the tent couldn't help (they did try to get other pockets that would fit, but they were pretty useless), so we emailed Outwell directly.  They posted us pockets (free of charge) TWICE - both were victims of Royal Mail.  Finally, a company man came to our house to hand deliver them yesterday.

How nice was that?!

Oh, and our tent doesn't leak .  I've gone from camping-hater to -lover over the wettest summer ever, so I'm really looking forward to this summer, even with a newborn in tow!

We loved our Nebraska - right up to the moment it leaked. It was excellent for the first couple of camps, but after a while the seams started to wick in the water and with a SIG it just ran to the lowest point.

I will say that all the dealings I had with Outwell were always positive. They even sent me a replacement pole and trolley bag when the seams let go during a particularly difficult session getting the tent back in the bag!

hi does anyone know how we can get hold of outwell direct

we have had a problem with our monty 6 which we bought last year and our local dealer wont do nothing about it so if anyone as there email address please can you let us know
