helped someone put one of these up in a gale last year - her tent had died and someone had dumped the halfords one - it had a slight tear but duct tape soon fixed it and the tent stayed dry for the rest of a miserable wet and windy week.
Putting it up in a gale did take 4 of us to hold it down, but in normal conditions it would be an easy job with one or 2 people.
The pegs supplied with the tent were pretty rubbish and I would be a bit dubious about how long the guylines would last, but they do seem to stay dry - talked to another couple of people using them in very wet weather and they had also stayed dry.
(meant to add - it only took us 20 minutes to get it up - 3 of us in a Force 8 gale and 4 toddlers running around our ankles)
